Customer Accounts
Hope In The Light, LLC reserves the right to remove or deactivate any user accounts established at www.hopeinthelightcandles.com if the customer has provided wrong information, violated common Internet policies or has been inactive for 90+ days.

Billing & Payments
Hope In The Light, LLC accepts all major credit cards. All credit cards presented at the time of payment must have a valid expiration date and security code. Payment in full is expected at the time of purchase. All payment information is private and confidential. All product prices are listed in US dollars.

Shipping Policy
Hope In The Light Candles products are usually shipped within 3 to 7 business days excluding Holidays and Weekends. All orders are shipped via USPS. The processing of your order can vary from 3 to 7 business days or up to 4 to 6 weeks for a backordered item in production. You will be notified if an item is in production on backorder within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Certain scents may be listed on backorder due to the two week curing process before we ship them out. When calculating the actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. Please include a complete address for all orders. If you have a defective or damaged item that is approved for return, the responsible party who will cover the cost of the return postage and packaging must be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Returns & Refunds
All Hope In The Light Candles product orders are non-refundable. However, if your item arrives damaged or is in fact defective upon arrival; please email [email protected] or call 314-408-6232 with order information and photos showing the damage. Returns are addressed on a case by case basis.

Terms & Conditions Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed in order to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Certain provisions of these Terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages at this Site.
